Miniature Bunched Strands Bare Copper Conductor

Description

Bunch stranding consists of individual strands of wire twisted together in one operation, with random arrangement of members. Bunch stranding provides extra-flexibility and can result in longer flex life.

Conductors are fabricated of fine and ultra-fine, bare copper strands providing maximum flexibility in a miniaturized conductor. These constructions may also be fabricated of tinned copper, silver-plated copper, or other metals, in forty gauge single strands and finer, in addition to the constructions listed below.

Application

Useful for applications requiring ultra-flexible, ultra-miniature connections.

The suffix "B" stands for bare copper constructions. If tinned copper is desired, replace the "B" with a "T". IF silver-plated copper is desired, replace the "B" with an "S".
